We pass these savings directly to our customers, ensuring our shipping rates are among the most competitive in the market.

Our Shipping Methods

  • UK Delivery: Small orders are sent via Royal Mail. Larger orders travel via UPS or FedEx, which are both fully trackable services.
  • International Delivery: Small overseas orders ship via Royal Mail International Standard (5–7 day service). Larger international orders travel via UPS or FedEx.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

We carry most of our listed items in stock to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • Standard Items: We aim to ship standard products within 2 working days of receiving your order.
  • Specialist & Engraved Items: These custom items ship according to the specific timeline indicated on their individual product pages.
  • Estimated Delivery: After dispatch, UK delivery is normally next-day. Delivery to the rest of the world typically takes 5 to 10 working days.

Returns Policy

From the date of shipment, you have 28 days to evaluate your purchase. Provided the item has not been damaged or used, and no labels have been removed, you may return it in its original packaging for a full refund or an exchange at your discretion.

Return Shipping and Costs

Please note that we will only refund our original shipping charges or the costs of your return (such as postage or re-import duties) if the goods are faulty.
For all other standard returns, you will be responsible for all return costs. This includes any re-importation duties, customs fees, or other local taxes.
